America’s Got Talent season five alum Jackie Evancho still possesses that glow when on television. The pop singer recently appeared on Good Morning America to perform her original song “Behind My Eyes.”

On Wednesday, January 24, Evancho made her first tv appearance in 2024. Alongside a band, Evancho fascinated live through her sensational vocals and soulful vocals.
“If you could see behind my eyes / You’d see the truth inside the lies / And if you read between the lines / You’d see I’m running from my mind,” she sang.
Ahead of her live performance, the singer gave a glimpse of her rehearsal day with the band on Instagram. She the uploaded a carousel of photos from the day of her appearance. She also made a quick reflection after her performance.
“From soundcheck to showtime I had an incredible time stopping by @goodmorningamerica to perform my song ‘Behind My Eyes.’ Thank you for having me, GMA!” she wrote on Instagram.
Upon seeing Evancho’s updates on Instagram, many fans took to the comment section their happiness for her milestone.

In a clip posted on Instagram, Evancho revealed her ins would be “creating more,” and “trying new things.” She also included “being myself, unapologetically” in the list.
The singer also aims to set boundaries this year for her mental health. Lastly, she intends to become “vulnerable in songwriting.“
Regarding her outs, Evancho wants to eradicate her tendencies to please people. She’s also looking forward for her progress, setting “staying the same” as an out. Lastly, she wants to eradicate her impulse to listen to “unconstructive criticism.”
