This weekend, The Voice host Carson Daly shared a fun throwback photo with coach Gwen Stefani. The picture, from 1995, shows Gwen on Carson’s radio show at the time.

LOOK AT THEM! They both look so young. And this is before Gwen Stefani’s entire solo career. In 1995, No Doubt had just released some of their most iconic songs, including “Just a Girl,” “Spiderwebs,” and “Don’t Speak.” It’s crazy to see that Carson Daly and Gwen have known each other for almost 25 years!

Gwen & Carson Working Together Again
The two will continue to work together soon, since Gwen Stefani was announced as a coach for season 17 of The Voice. This announcement came after Adam Levine’s sudden departure. Knowing that she has such a past with Carson Daly and some experience on the show already, it will be fun to see her in the big red chair again next to boyfriend Blake Shelton!
The Voice returns to NBC on Monday, September 23rd at 8/7c. We’ll be able to see Carson Daly, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend compete for another Voice trophy then!
