Grande’s Positions album, which was released three years ago, was a game-changer. To commemorate the milestone, Grande released a series of videos on TikTok that offer fans a behind-the-scenes look at the recording process, offering a glimpse into her artistry and the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into her music.
The first video Grande shared on TikTok was an almost five-minute clip, recording the chorus of the album’s title track “Positions,” with the guidance of her record producer, Tommy Brown. Brown assists her from behind a computer, while Grande, who is wearing headphones, sings in front of a microphone in a soundproof recording room.
The second video Grande shared is a shorter clip but is just as intriguing. In this snippet, we catch a glimpse of her working on the song “POV.” Notably, Tommy Brown is heard praising the recording, calling it “Fire.”
While Grande’s recent studio footage is a wonderful gift to her fans, it has also sparked anticipation for her seventh studio album. She has already confirmed that she is working with the legendary producer Max Martin, known for his contributions to some of the biggest hits in the music industry.
