‘America’s Got Talent’ Announces Season 19 Premiere Date, Confirms Judges

America’s Got Talent has announced a premiere date for Season 19 of the show. Additionally, all four judges are confirmed to be returning to the panel for the new season, along with the show’s host Terry Crews.
America’s Got Talent Sets Season 19 Premiere Date
Season 19 of America’s Got Talent is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 8/7c on NBC. It will also be available to stream on Peacock. The show shared the news on social media, along with a photo of the returning judges.
Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell will all be back at the judging table when the new season premieres. Vergara was recently absent for the spin-off Fantasy League, with Mel B taking her spot on the panel.
Terry Crews will also be back to host the show, having held the role since Season 14. Crews has also hosted various AGT spin-offs over the years, including The Champions, Extreme, All-Stars, and Fantasy League.
On Tuesday, the AGT Instagram account shared a photo of the judges and host posing together in front of the show’s audience, as they prepare to see this season’s talented acts audition.

The Show Has Started Filming the New Season
America’s Got Talent Season 19 has started filming auditions in preparation for the May premiere. On Camera Audiences currently lists several tapings throughout March and into April. Fans can request tickets to appear in the audience.
Unfortunately, auditions have closed for the season, so you’ll have to wait until next year’s auditions open to try out if you were hoping to appear on the show as a performer. You can expect Season 20 auditions to open later this year.
