‘AGT’ Mentalist Peter Antoniou Needs Your Help with His Semifinals Act

Mentalist Peter Antoniou is heading to the America’s Got Talent Semifinals, and he needs help from his fans. Antoniou put out a call on his social media asking followers to send him photographs ahead of his next performance.
Antoniou, who describes himself as a psychic, made it through the Quarterfinals round thanks to America’s votes. He’s shown off some impressive tricks, and this time he wants viewers at home to participate in his routine.
Peter Antoniou Asks for Fans’ Help with ‘AGT’ Act
Antoniou announced that he’ll be performing in the America’s Got Talent Semifinals on September 7. He shared in a Twitter video that his latest routine will be “all about memories.” That’s where the fans at home come in.
“I want you to email in personal photos,” Antoniou tells followers in the video. “Things from your life. Maybe objects or people or places. It doesn’t matter as long as there’s a memory and an emotion attached to it.”

What Has Antoniou Done So Far on ‘America’s Got Talent’?
In his audition for America’s Got Talent, Antoniou seemingly read judge Sofia Vergara’s mind. He asked Simon Cowell to hide her engagement ring in one of a thousand boxes. Not only did Antoniou correctly guess which box it was in, but he also shared details of Vergara’s engagement that weren’t public.
The judges chose to send Antoniou through to the Quarterfinals, where he performed another mind-bending routine. He correctly predicted which foods were in various unlabeled cans, and then he recruited Vergara for a trick that could have had her eating something seriously gross.
With the assistance of Cowell, who kept changing his mind about which can to choose, Vergara ended up eating canned pineapple. Antoniou also predicted what the judges’ favorite foods were. America loved it enough to vote him through to the Semifinals. We can’t wait to see what he does next.
