The great thing about Got Talent shows is that there’s no age limit, so contestants who are 90 years old (and even older) can show off their talents and prove age is just a number. These are some of our favorite examples of nonagenerians doing their thing.

1. Mighty Atom Jr.

This strongman (whose real name was Mike Greenstein) was 93 when he auditioned for Season 9 of America’s Got Talent in 2014. He shared that he performed during World War II pulling vehicles with his teeth. That’s what he did in his audition, earning three “yes” votes from the judges. Mike was eliminated in Judgment Week and later passed away in 2016.

2. Hunter and Lillian

This motorcycle duo consisted of 24-year-old Hunter and his 90-year-old grandma Lillian, who came out of retirement to join him on AGT: Extreme. Before their audition, Lillian got a hug from judge Simon Cowell. The duo went on to ride a motorcycle through several flaming fences. The judges gave them three “yes” votes, but they didn’t earn the Superfan vote and were eliminated.

She said she wanted “to prove that you’re never too old to follow your dreams.” Dorothy performed a striptease, shocking the judges.
