What are the ‘America’s Got Talent’ Judges Up To During the Show’s Break?

America’s Got Talent is taking a short two-week break for the duration of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. The show concluded its auditions last Tuesday, and is on a break until mid-August when the live shows will begin.
Our judges and host have been posting quite a bit to social media since the show began their break Tuesday night. It’s been so fun to see what they’re up to when they don’t have to be in Los Angeles to film.
Sofia Vergara Cheers On Team U.S.A. From Home
Vergara seems to be keeping it low key at home. I sense that she’s been doing something most Americans are also doing right now: watching the Olympics.
She shared a photo where she’s decked out in Team U.S.A. apparel in front of her television. She’s giving a thumbs up in the photo.

She’s also been cheering on her home country, Colombia. It’s nice to see one of our judges doing something so relatable right about now.
Howie Mandel Does Stuff Podcast Recordings Are in Full Swing
Mandel is very busy right now. He recently just announced that he will be returning to his stand-up comedy roots on Wednesday nights at the SuperNova live comedy club in Los Angeles. It seems like instead of rehearsing stand-up, he’s hitting Instagram to advertise his podcast once again.
“With @bobbyleelive the podcast is so smooth #disaster” said Mandel on Instagram.
Other than Howie Mandel Does Stuff he’s used his spare time to post more funny content to TikTok. Some of his videos are just strange while others are NSFW.
Terry Crews is Celebrating His Wedding Anniversary!
During the AGT break, Crews is celebrating his 32nd wedding anniversary with his wife, Rebecca King Crews. Crews posted an Instagram photo gallery filled with photos of the couple during the cake cutting part of their 1989 wedding reception.
It’s so great to see the photos of the two after they opened up about their marriage in their book, Stronger Together. The book, co-written by both Terry and Rebecca Crews, showed the world a whole new side of their marriage. It spoke on his addiction to pornography, and how it affected their union.
Crews came out with a book called Manhood in 2014, and he described Stronger Together as its sequel. In Manhood he discussed his issues with pornography, so it makes sense how their new book could be a sequel to it.
Heidi Klum Looks Sun Kissed in France Bikini Pictures
Klum is one of the judges who is taking this time off to go overseas. The supermodel is currently on vacation, and she’s not afraid to flaunt it to the world. Although she hasn’t tagged her exact location, she did share that she was near Bonifacio, France.
Klum has also become quite the TikTok star. She has been posting updates throughout this season of AGT, and it seems like she’s getting pretty nifty with the camera. She already has loads of TikTok fame because she’s Heidi Klum, but I’d follow even if she didn’t have her supermodel popularity!
Simon Cowell Takes a Break From Social Media…What Else is New?
Even though Cowell didn’t post the photos of himself, the 61-year-old is reported to be in Barbados with his family. The X Factor was just canceled, but Cowell has yet to comment publicly. The show was iconic creating one of the biggest boy groups in all of history.
Even before this news, Cowell revealed plans to create a new music based show, Walk The Line. So there’s no need to feel like his judging days are over.
AGT made the anticipation high for the rest of the season after airing an extremely short version of judge deliberations. The judges sat in Cowell’s Malibu home and discussed who will be moving on to the next round of the competition. Although some faces were seen, it was nowhere near satisfaction for AGT super-fans who now have to wait until August 10 to find out whether their favorite acts have made it through.
