Reading Time: 2 minutes
The Masked Singer Season 11 returned on Wednesday for Transformers Night, as the remaining members of Group A performed for their chance to stay in the competition. This week’s episode also featured a wildcard contestant called Koala. He was unmasked along with Lovebird at the end of the night.
Lovebird, Koala Unmasked on The Masked Singer
For Transformers Night, the contestants performed songs that appeared in Transformers movies. During the show, Lovebird returned to the stage to sing “All That You Are” by Goo Goo Dolls. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to keep him in the competition, as he was eliminated and unmasked.
Final guesses from the panel about Lovebird’s identity included Josh Duhamel, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. However, only Jenny McCarthy was correct in guessing that it was Bachelor star Colton Underwood.
Lovebird wasn’t the only contestant to be unmasked on Wednesday night. The episode introduced us to a wildcard contestant named Koala, who performed “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears. At the end of the night, he was also eliminated and unmasked.
Guesses from the panel about Koala’s identity included Terry Crews, Deion Sanders, Shannon Sharpe, and Michael Irvin. None of the panelists correctly guessed that Koala was former NFL star DeMarcus Ware.

Which Contestants Made It Through This Week?
We had to say goodbye to Lovebird and Koala on Wednesday night, but three other contestants delivered performances worthy of a spot in the next round. That includes Starfish, who gave a rock ‘n’ roll performance of “21 Guns” by Green Day.
Ugly Sweater also returned to the stage to perform “Brick House” by the Commodores. McCarthy actually guessed that it could be American Idol judge Lionel Richie under the mask, which would mean he performed his own song.
Goldfish also returned during Wednesday’s episode, this time singing “Baby Come Back” by Player and showing off an impressive high note that had the panel cheering. Guesses about their identity included Sarah Hyland, Kristen Stewart, and Nina Dobrev.
