Heidi Klum Addresses Rumors That Mel B Is Leaving ‘America’s Got Talent’

There have been rumors swirling for the last couple of weeks that Mel B is going to be fired and replaced on America’s Got Talent with Queen Latifah. Apparently, Mel is becoming increasingly hard to deal with and is demanding more money. Extra asked her co-judge Heidi Klum what she’s heard about these rumors.
Heidi was at the AmFar gala and said this about the rumors,
“I know as much as you do. I love Mel and hope that I will be sitting next to Mel again this year. I’m a huge fan of Queen Latifah, obviously, but we’ve been so close for so long and I hope that it’s going to stay that way. But I don’t know. Let’s see what happens!”
Interesting that she didn’t deny it. That makes me think they are discussing it and Heidi just doesn’t want to or can’t discuss it. Mel B strikes me as the type of person who can be a little…difficult. Maybe it’s because she rose to fame at a young age with The Spice Girls. Maybe it’s that she’s getting divorced and is having a hard time. Either way, she’s apparently really getting on the producer’s nerves so much they want to ask her to leave. The rumor is they want to replace her with rap legend Queen Latifah who would admittedly be amazing on AGT.
