1. She eats a strictly vegetarian diet
Her diet consists of a lot of avocado, chickpeas and quinoa salads during the filming of Britains Got Talent, but the show only takes up a few weeks and she says “You can’t live like that all the time.”
2. She uses collagen wave therapy
A treatment where the skin is blasted with radio frequency waves and stimulates collagen. This helps tighten the surface of the face.
3. She practices yoga, running, hiking and boxing
The form of yoga she practices has more to do with breath control and strength rather than getting sweaty. For cardio, she runs every morning but says that she also loves a glass of wine and going out. It’s all about balance.
4. She attends a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows
She eats a high protein, vegetarian diet with minimal carbs during this time. Her exercises consist of boxing and hiking. She says this helps prepare her for the live shows, not only just physically, but mentally allowing her to unplug and get in the right mindset.

Coconut anything is all the rage lately, and for a good reason. Amanda says she is constantly drinking water and coconut water to hydrate and keep her skin fresh.
