‘Canada’s Got Talent’ Act Horrifies the Judges in New Sneak Peek
Reading Time: 2 minutes
Canada’s Got Talent has released another sneak peek at the upcoming second season, and it looks like this one might be hard to watch. The clip doesn’t show us much, but we do see the judges’ horrified reactions.
Canada’s Got Talent Season 2 Act Horrifies the Judges
The clip begins as the contestant approaches the judges’ desk holding an apple with razor blades. The performer can be seen putting one of the blades on his tongue as the audience gasps. Host Lindsay Ell can be heard saying, “What are you doing to your esophagus?”
“No,” the judges say over and over again as they watch the performance. The clip then shows them reacting to whatever the contestant does next. Lilly Singh and Trish Stratus both turn around in their seats, while Kardinal Offishall cringes.
The crowd can be heard screaming in horror at the act, with one audience member looking on with wide eyes. The clip ends with judge Howie Mandel standing up and clapping. It’s enough to make viewers wonder what exactly happened.

The New Season Premieres March 21
Fans have less than a month left to wait before the new season of Canada’s Got Talent premieres on Citytv on Tuesday, March 21. This is the talent show’s second season since making a comeback last year, when singer Jeanick Fournier was named the winner.
The show has shared a few other sneak peeks ahead of the season premiere, and they all show the judges either shocked or on the edge of their seats. In one clip from last week, an escape artist says he’s going to hang upside down over a bed of spikes.
All four judges are returning to the panel for the new season, which began filming auditions at Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls back in October of last year. This is a new venue for the show.
