According to Parker, Gonzales claims that Tisdale not only caused the accident but also exacerbated the situation by allegedly calling her names and making a big fuss about it. To resolve the matter, Parker attempted to reach an agreement with Tisdale, seeking $600,000 in damages. However, this demand was rejected, leading to the lawsuit now unfolding in court.
