‘America’s Got Talent’ Still Dominating The Ratings

Now that America’s Got Talent has gotten to the Judge Cuts, the competition is starting to heat up. That also means that people will start tuning in more as the show gets going. So, it’s no surprise that AGT is KILLING IT in the ratings. They not only win Tuesday night but are the highest rated show on network TV this summer so far.
On Tuesday they got a 2.0 share, which is about 11.5 million viewers. Contrast that with The Four which had only 2.3 million viewers last week. The America’s Got Talent juggernaut cannot be stopped. Imagine what’s going to happen when they go to the live shows or the finale. They are going to cream everything in their path. One thing is for sure and that is that AGT isn’t going anywhere.
Like, maybe ever. Perhaps Simon Cowell’s prophecy that his 5 year old son Eric will one day take his place on the show will really come true. If they can keep up the ratings they may still be here in 20 years.
