Reading Time: 2 minutes
America’s Got Talent Season 18 returned on Wednesday night for the fifth results show of the season, as three acts made it to the Finals. At the end of the night, host Terry Crews announced that America had voted for the 82nd Airborne Division Chorus and the Ramadhani Brothers.
Wednesday’s episode also featured a wildcard instant save vote, as the judges chose four eliminated contestants they wanted to see in the Finals. At the end of the night, Avantgardey was announced as the wildcard winner.
Top 11 Revealed in Fifth AGT Results Show
During Wednesday’s results show, Crews announced that the Top 5 acts after America’s vote were Eduardo Antonio Treviño, 82nd Airborne Division Chorus, Avantgardey, Ramadhani Brothers, and Gabriel Henrique.
However, only two acts could go directly into the finale. Those acts were the 82nd Airborne Division Chorus and the Ramadhani Brothers. They join previously announced finalists Lavender Darcangelo, Adrian Stoica & Hurricane, Ahren Belisle, Murmuration, Mzansi Youth Choir, Putri Ariani, Chibi Unity, and Anna DeGuzman.
Crews then asked the judges to choose the eliminated acts they wanted to see in the Finals. Simon Cowell chose Chioma & the Atlanta Drum Academy, Sofia Vergara chose her Golden Buzzer Gabriel Henrique, Heidi Klum chose Herwan Legaillard, and Howie Mandel chose Avantgardey.
Viewers at home only had a few minutes to vote, and they ultimately chose to send Avantgardey to the Finals. That means we had to say goodbye to eight acts from this week’s show — Gabriel Henrique, Eduardo Antonio Treviño, Grace Good, Sangsoon Kim, Mandy Muden, Trailer Flowers, Eseniia Mikheeva, and Lachuné.

Reba McEntire, Sofie Dossi Perform Together
Wednesday’s episode also featured a guest performance from new The Voice coach Reba McEntire and AGT Season 11 finalist Sofie Dossi. McEntire hit the Golden Buzzer for Dossi when she appeared as a guest judge in 2016.
For Wednesday’s performance, McEntire sang her hit “Can’t Even Get the Blues” while Dossi performed some contortion moves in front of the judges’ desk and then swung the ceiling on a hoop.
