The upcoming film titled Here, is an adaptation of Richard McGuire’s graphic novel taking place in a room full of inhabitants. The film is directed by Robert Zemeckis, who have plans for the Metaphysic Live technology to be used extensively throughout the film.
“With Here, the film simply wouldn’t work without our actors seamlessly transforming into younger versions of themselves,” Zemerickis said. “Metaphysic’s AI tools do exactly that, in ways that were previously impossible.”
Metaphysic will be changing the actors’ looks by turning them into younger versions of themselves in real-time while filming. The co-founder of Metaphysic Chris Ume will serve as the AI supervisor, while chief innovation officer Jo Plaete will serve as Metaphysic VFX supervisor.
