The Voice Drops First Look of Season 23

For its upcoming Season 23, The Voice will have an exciting new lineup of coaches with fresh faces. Kelly Clarkson will be back as a coach after a brief hiatus, and the show will introduce first-time coaches Niall Horan and Chance the Rapper.

Unfortunately, for fans of Blake Shelton, this is his final season coaching the singing competition. The host for the upcoming season will be Carson Daly.

The video opens with Horan giving his best impression, hilarious, of Shelton. Following, the coaches take turns speaking about the upcoming season. This video also features a glimpse of what to expect in the upcoming season.

The Instagram reel has generated a lot of excitement among fans of the show, with many taking to social media to express their anticipation for the new season. The Voice season 23 is set to premiere on March 6, 2023, on NBC and the following day in Peacock.

Fans Speculate Behind The Scenes Drama as The Reason Shelton is Leaving

Shelton’s departure from The Voice after Season 23 has left fans wondering why the country superstar has decided to call it quits. The Voice has been a part of Shelton’s life for over a decade, and he has been the only coach to stay with the show since its premiere in 2011.

While there may be many reasons why he has decided to leave, one potential factor is the behind-the-scenes drama that has been brewing on the show. According to an insider report, there has been a lot of tension behind the scenes of The Voice. Critics accused the show of favoring white contestants over people of color after allegations of racism surfaced during Season 22.

For Shelton, who has been a coach on The Voice for over a decade, the pressure may have become too much. Filming two seasons a year, and also combined with his busy tour schedule, may have led to burnout. The Voice has also undergone some changes over the years, and it’s possible that Shelton may not feel as connected to the show as he once did.
