Simon Cowell Shares Photos of His Family’s Adorable New Puppy

Earlier this week, America’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell introduced his Instagram followers to the newest member of his family — a dog named Pebbles. Cowell has shared a few cute photos of the new puppy.
Simon Cowell Introduces His Family’s New Puppy
On Thursday, Cowell shared a pair of photos in which he can be seen cuddling with his new puppy. As he wrote in the caption, “Our family has had a new arrival … her name is Pebbles.” Cowell didn’t share the dog’s breed, but commenters seem to agree she’s some sort of shepherd.
Cowell is known for being a dog lover, as he’s usually a big fan of dog acts on Got Talent. According to People, the music mogul already has two Yorkshire terriers named Squiddly and Diddly. He also started caring for his mother’s dog Freddie after her death in 2016.
Cowell reportedly adopted a dog named Daisy in 2018. Then in 2022, he walked the red carpet at an AGT Season 18 show with a new dog named Odin. On Friday, Cowell posted a couple more family photos with Pebbles and a few other dogs.

Cowell Has Donated Money to Animal Activism
Cowell has also given money to help dogs around the world. People points out that Cowell donated over $36,000 to Humane Society International in 2018 to rescue 200 dogs who had been caged up at a dog meat farm in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
In 2020, Cowell reunited with one of the dogs he helped rescue. The reunion aired on Good Morning Britain, and the show’s correspondent Philippa Tomson ended up adopting the dog — a Maltese mix named Robin.
Cowell is currently judging AGT: Fantasy League. It should come as no surprise that Season 18’s winning dog act, Adrian Stoica & Hurricane, is on Cowell’s dream team.
