Selena Gomez’s makeup brand Rare Beauty is giving fans tickets to see Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and some Swifties think this might be a hint that the two singers have something planned together. Can we look forward to a collaboration?

Fans on social media have been sharing their invitations to the Eras Tour concert on August 3 at SoFi Stadium in California. The tickets come from Rare Beauty, which is Selena Gomez’s makeup brand. Gomez and Swift have been friends for years.
The invitation includes the quote “It was rare, I was there” from Swift’s song “All Too Well.” The fans also received a clear bag to take with them to the concert venue. Social media users have been speculating about what these invitations might mean.
“A TAYLENA PERFORMANCE IS COMING???” wrote one Twitter user, while another speculated that Swift is collaborating with Rare Beauty on “a lipstick line of the eras.”
Some fans think Gomez might appear on stage with Swift on the August 3 show. Gomez has made appearances on a few of Swift’s tours in the past, including 1989, Speak Now, and Reputation. So it wouldn’t be out of the question for Gomez to appear on the Eras Tour.

Gomez, Swift Have Been Friends for Years
Gomez and Swift became friends in 2008, when they were both dating members of the Jonas Brothers — Nick and Joe Jonas, respectively. The two stars have hung out and shown support for each other’s careers ever since.
In 2015, Gomez even starred in Swift’s music video for her song “Bad Blood,” off her album 1989. Some Swifties think August 3 might be the day Swift announces 1989 (Taylor’s Version), so it would make sense if Gomez is a guest performer.
