According to CBS News, Kaye and Deluca, both 70, were found dead in their Encino home on Monday. The next day, police arrested 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian on suspicion of murder. According to surveillance footage, the suspect hopped a fence to gain access to the property.

The LAPD said in a statement that although “there were no signs of forced entry,” police believe “the suspect had gained entry into the residence through an unlocked door.” They added that Boodarian was inside when the couple returned home. Kaye and Deluca were reportedly found in separate rooms, shot multiple times.

Boodarian was apparently identified using security footage and facial recognition software. According to CBS News, those with additional information about the case have been asked to contact LAPD detectives at (818) 374-9550.
