Dancing with the Stars Season 30 runner-up JoJo Siwa debuted a fun new hairstyle at an event on Wednesday. While attending the Industry Dance Awards, Siwa sported a bright pink style instead of her usual blonde.

Siwa was attending the Industry Dance Awards to accept the Trailblazer Award. She walked the red carpet in a pink feathery top paired with a black skirt and a pair of sparkly silver sneakers. Siwa’s hair, which was combed back, matched the pink in her outfit.
The 19-year-old shared a TikTok video on Wednesday showing her DIY process for putting pink in her hair. She started off with platinum blonde hair, which she parted down the center before applying what looks like pink powder with a makeup sponge.
Siwa also showed herself applying pink eye makeup and jewels on her face and ears to complete the look. Fans in the comments praised the look, with one user suggesting that Siwa should actually dye her hair pink instead of doing it temporarily.

Siwa Debuted a Pixie Cut Earlier This Year
In April, Siwa ditched her signature long ponytail in favor of a pixie cut style. She explained on The View that she had wanted to cut her hair short since she was “7 or 8,” but her mom told her she couldn’t.
After getting approval from her team, her mom finally gave her approval, and Siwa said, “I made the appointment for the next day — before somebody said no I had to do it.”
Siwa called the shorter cut “really fun to style,” which is obvious from her most recent look. She also shared that the cut makes her want to “dress more feminine.”
As she said, “I think it’s cool that I get to break a stereotype of like, a feminine girl can have short hair now. It’s nice.”
