Heidi Klum’s ‘AGT’ Co-Stars React to 900-Calorie Diet Rumors

Heidi Klum recently shut down claims that she only eats 900 calories a day, and now her America’s Got Talent co-stars are chiming in on the rumor. Both Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel shared that Klum loves to eat.
AGT Stars React to Heidi Klum Diet Rumor
Klum appeared with her AGT co-stars Sofia Vergara and Terry Crews in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, in which she opened up about her decision to speak out against the false rumors regarding her diet.
“I just hate when people lie like that, because, especially, you know, there’s so many people out there that follow or read this and they say, ‘Oh, she does this, so now I’m only gonna eat 900 calories,'” Klum told the outlet. “I mean, that’s beyond bonkers.”
Vergara was surprised to hear that people thought Klum consumed so few calories, saying, “That’s not true, because you come into my dressing room and eat my stuff, [like] my sandwiches and stuff.” Crews chimed in to say that he believed it.
“The last thing people need is more pressure,” Crews said of the rumors. “It’s ridiculous.”

Howie Mandel Says Klum Loves Food
Entertainment Tonight also mentioned the 900-calorie report in an interview with fellow AGT judge Howie Mandel, who shared that “nobody eats more than Heidi Klum.” He went on to talk about how much Klum loves carbs.
“She spent the last three weeks in Italy until they asked her to leave because of a pasta shortage, caused by Klum,” Mandel joked about his co-star. “She’s got amazing genetics, that lady. She does eat, I am a witness to it. I don’t know how she does it.”
Currently, Klum is judging Season 18 of AGT, alongside Vergara, Mandel, and Simon Cowell. This week, her Golden Buzzer act Lavender Darcangelo made it through to the Finals thanks to America’s vote.
