BIO: Amanda Holden is one of the beloved judges on Britain's Got Talent. She joined the cast in 2007 and is now the longest running judge on the series. Alongside BGT, Holden currently co-hosts a radio show called the Heart Breakfast Show on weekday mornings.
At nine years old, Holden began acting at the Bishop’s Waltham Little Theater company in Bishop’s Waltham, England. In 1991 she debuted on television as a contestant on the game show Blind Date. She later went on to be a part of several iTV shows in the late ‘90s to early 2000s. Around this time she became a television personality as part of talk shows and game shows.
Holden married comedian Las Gennis in June 1995. The couple reportedly separated in 2000 after an alleged affair. They permanently separated in 2002 and divorced in 2003. Holden gave birth to her first child in 2006 with her current husband, Chris Hughes. The couple wed two years later. In 2012, Holden gave birth to their second child.
