Taryn Papa (Team Blake)
This singer grew up performing music with her family. She also played music for her grandfather when he developed Alzheimer’s. She’s performed at Blake Shelton’s bar Ole Red in Nashville, and said she’d love to be on his team. For her audition, Taryn performed “Anyway” by Martina McBride. Blake turned around and blocked Kelly. Gwen also turned around. Taryn ended up choosing Blake.
Liam St. John (Team Gwen)
This singer pursued track and field and wanted to go to the Olympics. After competing overseas, he decided to pursue his passion for music. For his blind audition, Liam sang “Sex and Candy” by Marcy Playground. Blake and Gwen both turned around, and Liam ended up choosing Gwen’s team.
Aaron Scott (Team Blake)
This singer performs in a rock band, and works with students who have emotional and behavioral needs. He used music as an outlet for his depression and anxiety. For his audition, Aaron sang “Hemorrhage (In My Hands)” by Fuel. John and Blake both turned around. Aaron chose to join Team Blake.
Madeline Consoer (Team Kelly)
This self-described “daddy’s girl” moved to Nashville after her freshman year of college and pursued music. For her audition, she sang “Girl” by Maren Morris, which she called “empowering.” Kelly was the only coach to turn around for her, meaning Madeline automatically joined her team. Blake said he saw Kelly block him and didn’t want to turn around.

Cami Clune (Team Legend)
This young singer has a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She said music is “healing” for her. For her audition, she performed “Skinny Love” by Bon Iver. Kelly turned around and blocked Blake. Gwen and John joined her. Blake waited until the end to turn around and realize he was blocked. Cami ended up joining Team Legend.
Ryan Gallagher (Team Kelly)
This singer performed “The Prayer,” famously sung by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli. Kelly, who loves opera singers, couldn’t resist turning around. Blake joined her at the last minute. Ryan shared that he has been performing music around the world for years. Blake and Kelly fought over him, but Ryan chose to join Team Kelly.
Chloé Hogan (Team Gwen)
The only musical person in this singer’s family was her grandfather, who had his voice box removed. He passed away when she was in high school. For her audition, Chloé sang “What the World Needs Now Is Love.” Gwen was the only coach to turn around for her, so she automatically joined her team.
Sid Kingsley (Team Legend)
This singer is from a small town in Virginia, and he took a train to Los Angeles for his audition. He said music brings him “calm and peace.” For his blind audition, Sid chose to sing “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right” by Bob Dylan while playing the piano. Gwen, John, and Blake turned around. Sid’s mom wanted him to pick Blake, but instead he chose John.
