Riley Green on 'The Voice' 2025

New The Voice coach Riley Green had his spinning red chair personalized ahead of Season 30, in order to keep his trademark cowboy hat handy. The country star shared the story in a recent interview.

The Voice Coach Riley Green Personalized His Chair

The Voice Season 30 coach Riley Green shared in an interview on Sunday Sitdown with Willie Geist that the height of the famous spinning red chair made it so that he couldn’t always wear his cowboy hat during filming.

However, he didn’t have to go completely hatless, as Green revealed that host Carson Daly helped him out with a solution, explaining, “They made me a little hat holster right there on my chair.” Indeed, in a video shared by the show on Instagram, Green’s hat can be seen hanging off the side of his chair.

The handy holster made it so that Green was able to don his hat for special moments during the Blind Auditions, as he shared, “It’s always nice to have it to pull out, too, because when a real country artist gets up there, I need to really win ’em over.”
