‘The Masked Singer’ Judges to Sing with Contestants for the First Time Ever

The Masked Singer Season 6 is returning this Wednesday with an exciting new twist. For the first time ever, two of the judges will be performing duets with contestants on the show. Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke will sing with Group B finalists Queen of Hearts and Banana Split.
‘The Masked Singer’ Judges to Duet with Group B Finalists
This week marks the Group B Finals, as we’ll find out which of the two remaining contestants (Banana Split or Queen of Hearts) will compete against Group A winner Bull in the grand finale next week. Each contestant will perform a solo song and a duet with a judge.
Nicole Scherzinger will be joining Queen of Hearts for a performance that’s sure to be amazing. Meanwhile, Robin Thicke will take the stage with Banana Split, the only duo left in the competition. The pair is made up of a singer and a pianist.
“I think people forget that Robin and I, our passion is actually singing,” Scherzinger says in a preview video hyping up Wednesday’s show. Thicke shares that he’s excited to perform in front of his friends on the judging panel.
Fellow judge Ken Jeong shared the clip on Twitter, writing that this is his “favorite Masked Singer episode ever.” We can’t wait to see it. In the video, Jeong jokes that the show asked him to sing, but he “politely declined.”

Who Will Win the Group B Finals This Week?
Last week, Jesse McCartney and Michael Bolton took the stage to duet with Bull and Skunk in the Masked Singer Group A Finals. At the end of the episode, Bull was announced as the Group A winner, and Skunk was unmasked as Grammy-winning R&B artist Faith Evans.
This week, it all comes down to Banana Split and Queen of Hearts in the Group B Finals. Both acts have shown off incredible talent throughout the competition, so it’s really anyone’s game. If Banana Split makes it to the Finals and wins the show, it would be the first time a duo has taken home the Golden Mask trophy.
However, a showdown between Bull and Queen of Hearts would be amazing to watch. Bull has captivated the judges with their high-energy performances, while Queen of Hearts has (appropriately) tugged at everyone’s heartstrings with their gorgeous voice.
