Snoop Dogg Forms Duo Alpha Doggz with Steve Aoki for Upcoming EP

Rapper Snoop Dogg is teaming up with DJ and producer Steve Aoki to form a duo called Alpha Doggz. Their new EP is set to release next week, and they’re giving fans a sneak peek at two of their new songs before the release.
Snoop Dogg Teams Up with Steve Aoki on New EP
According to ET Canada, the duo’s upcoming EP is titled Da Da, and it will be available exclusively on Gala Music starting May 23, in partnership with Death Row Records. However, some fans can get two free songs from the EP starting this week.
Gala Music x Snoop Stash Box token holders will receive the track “Super Freak,” featuring October London. Meanwhile, members of the A0K1VERSE will receive the track “Holy Grail.” The remaining three songs on the EP are “Da Da,” “Girls,” and “How I Do It.”
Snoop recently bought Death Row Records, choosing to turn it into the first hip-hop NFT label. He even released a new music video for his song “House I Built” that takes place in the Metaverse.

The Rapper Is Keeping Busy These Days
Snoop Dogg has had quite a busy year so far. In February, he performed at the Super Bowl Halftime Show along with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige. Before that, he released a new song with Heidi Klum for Germany’s Next Top Model.
The rapper also recently finished up co-hosting NBC’s American Song Contest with former The Voice coach Kelly Clarkson. He previously teamed up with another The Voice coach, Blake Shelton, to cover Sunday Night Football.
Snoop also previously appeared as a Mega Mentor on The Voice, and he was a judge on the first season of the TBS talent show Go-Big Show. T-Pain took his spot on the panel during the most recent season of the show.
