The Voice Season 26 came to a close in Tuesday night’s finale, as Sofronio Vasquez was named the winner. Sofronio competed on Michael Bublé’s team, making Bublé the winning coach for his very first season on the show.
Sofronio Vasquez, Michael Bublé Win The Voice Season 26
Unlike his fellow coaches, Michael Bublé had two artists in the finale this year — Shye and Sofronio Vasquez. They were up against fellow finalists Jeremy Beloate (Team Snoop), Sydney Sterlace (Team Gwen), and Danny Joseph (Team Reba).
On Monday night’s performance episode, Sofronio performed two songs — “Unstoppable” by Sia, and “A Million Dreams” from The Greatest Showman. Voting was open overnight, and Sofronio clearly won over America’s hearts, as he ended up being named the winner during Tuesday’s results show.
It really was Bublé’s night, as his artist Shye was also the runner-up for this season. In third place was Team Gwen’s Sydney Sterlace, followed by Team Reba’s Danny Joseph in fourth, and Team Snoop’s Jeremy Beloate in fifth.
It was a competitive finale, as all four coaches had at least one artist in the running, and all five finalists were four-chair turns in the Blind Audition round earlier this season. Bublé is returning to the show next season — will he keep his streak?

It Was a Jam-Packed Finale
Tuesday’s finale was full of performances from contestants, coaches, and celebrity guests. Each coach performed a duet with their finalists — including Bublé, who sang “Who’s Lovin’ You” by The Miracles with Sofronio.
The Top 8 artists from this season also took the stage to perform “Defying Gravity” from Wicked, while past coaches Kelly Clarkson and Dan + Shay returned to the show to perform their own holiday songs “You for Christmas” and “Officially Christmas,” respectively.
During Monday night’s show, Bublé took the stage with Carly Pearce to sing their song “Maybe This Christmas.” Other guests in the two-night finale included past The Voice winners Huntley and Asher HaVon, as well as Myles Smith, Riley Green, and Tears for Fears.
