Go-Big Show Season 2 has officially chosen its four finalists, and it’s almost time for the judges to decide who will win. This finale is historic for the show, since it features the first female finalist in two seasons of competition. Could wildcard pick Annaliese Nock be named the winner? Let’s take a look at her competition.

Who Are the ‘Go-Big Show’ Season 2 Finalists?

Three of the four finalists this season were guaranteed spots in the finale by winning their respective Semifinals rounds. The first spot went to the “Flying Frenchman” Manu Lataste, who puts his life on the line by leaping over charging bulls. So far, he’s received the scores 95 and 97.

Next up is James Carter, a freestyle Motocross rider who does some incredible tricks in midair. He received a score of 94 in his first performance, and a 97 in his second, putting his combined score very close to Manu’s heading into the Finals.

The third spot in the finale went to Professor Splash, a 60-year-old diver who brought his act up to the rafters in the Semifinals. His first score was a 90, and his second score was a 95. Even though he was one point lower than his competition, strongman JD “Iceman” Anderson, the judges still voted Professor Splash through to the Finals.

The fourth spot was a wildcard chosen out of the three performers who won their Semifinals matchups but weren’t voted into the finale. The judges chose between JD Anderson, “Umbrella Queen” Lina Liu, and daredevil Annaliese Nock. The judges deliberated and chose to give the spot to Annaliese, aka the “Daredaughter,” who earned the scores 94 and 97.

Who Will Win Season 2?

Three of the finalists are neck and neck, with Manu having a one-point lead over both Annaliese and James. He also has the edge of being unique — when was the last time you saw a man leap over bulls on a talent show? Not to mention, Manu beat Annaliese 3-1 in the Semifinals for his finale spot.

All of this points to Manu being the frontrunner to win Season 2 of Go-Big Show and take home the $100,000 grand prize. However, don’t rule out Annaliese as a dark horse to take it all.

As we saw last season, the judges love an act that can make them emotional and pays tribute to family. Season 1 winner Tomas Garcilazo won the judges over with his rope artistry and horsemanship after including his family in his final performance.

Annaliese has already made judge Cody Rhodes cry by inviting her father, fellow daredevil Bello Nock, to perform with her. If she does it again in the finale, that could give her an advantage. It would be great to see the show’s first female finalist take home the grand prize.

Of course, there are a number of unpredictable factors that could affect the judges’ final decision. These acts can go wrong, even if no one is hurt. A performer who stunned in earlier rounds could choke in the finale. We’ll have to wait and see what happens when the Go-Big Show Season 2 finale airs Thursday at 9/8c on TBS.
