‘Domino Masters’ Host Eric Stonestreet to Guest Judge ‘The Masked Singer’
Reading Time: 2 minutes
This Wednesday, The Masked Singer will welcome its first guest judge of the season as Eric Stonestreet joins the panel. The former Modern Family star is the host of Domino Masters, which airs right after The Masked Singer on FOX.
Eric Stonestreet Joins ‘The Masked Singer’ as Guest Panelist
The Masked Singer shared a Twitter photo showing Stonestreet posing with the regular judges Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger, as well as the show’s host Nick Cannon. “Watch him take in the masked madness this Wednesday,” the caption reads.
Not only does Stonestreet host Domino Masters, but he also has experience as a judge. In 2020, he briefly filled in for Heidi Klum on the America’s Got Talent judging panel, joining his Modern Family co-star Sofia Vergara to decide which acts should move on.
Stonestreet is just one of the guest judges The Masked Singer has announced. We’ll also get to see Nicole Byers and Leslie Jordan join the panel later this season to guess which celebrities are under the masks.

How Did ‘Domino Masters’ Do in Its Premiere Episode?
Domino Masters premiered last Wednesday after The Masked Singer. According to the ratings, not all of The Masked Singer‘s viewers stuck around for the new show, which is similar to another FOX show, LEGO Masters.
The Masked Singer Season 7 premiere drew in over 4 million viewers last week, whereas Domino Masters only drew 1.68 million. This is about the same number as LEGO Masters attracted for its Season 2 premiere last year, showing that the two shows have similar audiences.
However, the new show attracted fewer viewers in its premiere than the last show to follow The Masked Singer. Singing competition Alter Ego, which aired on Wednesdays last year, drew in 2.9 million viewers for its premiere after The Masked Singer Season 6.
Maybe Stonestreet’s guest judge appearance will encourage more viewers to stay tuned for Domino Masters on Wednesday night.
