BIO: Maksim Chmerkovskiy joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars as a professional dancer in season 2 (2006). In his time on the series, he won the mirrorball trophy with partner Meryl Davis. He appeared in the finals of the show five times in his 17 seasons. Chmerkovskiy is a professional dancer who primarily competes in International Latin dance. He owns multiple dance studios under the “Dance With Me” brand. He has also appeared on a variety of shows in the United States and around the world.
