Carson Daly Officiates Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Wedding

Do you hear us screaming? Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have shared photos of their Oklahoma wedding, which Carson Daly officiated. The couple tied the knot on Saturday, July 3 in a private ceremony on Shelton’s Ranch.
Both Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton waited two days to share photos of their intimate wedding. Fans are now GUSHING over the photos. The newlyweds shared the details of their intimate wedding on Instagram. Stefani posted a photo of her and Shelton with the caption “July 3 2021 dreams do come true!!!”
Stefani, you’re going to make me cry here. This photo is absolutely adorable. The sunset looks perfect in this photo as well; It couldn’t have been a better day for their wedding.
The Voice Host Ordains Wedding
Since Stefani started posting photos from the big day, so did some of their guests. Longtime friend Daly posted:
“So honored to get to marry two of my favorite people on earth. May God bless you guys in this new chapter of your lives.”
Daly was the perfect choice for the couple after being on the show with Shelton for so long. The two are friends on and off camera, and this really confirmed that (if confirmation was even needed.)
When looking at all of these photos, there’s one thing that’s always constant. The giant smile on Shelton’s face. It warms our heart to see Stefani and Shelton so happy in all of their photos. It really was such a special day for the two.
The Small Details
When scrolling through all the photos on Stefani’s social media, you see the beautiful cake that they had at their wedding. But, there’s way more to it than what meets the eye. This cake was made by Fancy Cakes by Lauren who is located in Dallas, Texas. Fancy Cakes by Lauren is a well-known baker who has won multiple gold medals on the Food Network Challenge tv show.
“Our bride wanted to make a sentimental statement by recreating her parent’s wedding cake,” said Fancy Cakes by Lauren on Instagram. “Both of Gwen’s parents were there to see her honor them with this cake.”
Dressed For The Occasion
Stefani walked down the aisle in a beautiful dress by Vera Wang and had tiny details that made it specific to the union of Stefani and Shelton.
“She chose a custom lily white silk georgette and hand tumbled tulle high low gown with a plunging neckline and a cut away back,” said Vera Wang on @verawanggang on Instagram. “The gown was worn with a lily white chapel length veil featuring hand embroidered names of Blake, Gwen, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo flanked by 2 white roses at the hem of the veil”.
However, that wasn’t Stefani’s only dress for the occasion. She also had a custom reception dress that implemented her children, once again.
“She chose a custom lily white Italian silk crepe and hand tumbled tulle strapless mini dress with hand pieced silk, crystal and sequin embroidered foliage delicately trickling from the waist down the skirt,” said Vera Wang on @verawanggang on Instagram in a separate post. “The embroidery is highlighted by a pair of hand sewn love birds symbolizing the couple. They are joined by 3 baby love birds representing Gwen’s children.”
Both dresses are absolutely beautiful. Stefani looks so happy and so confident in all of the photos. I think if I had to choose, my favorite dress would be the one from the ceremony.
