Former One Direction star Harry Styles could be gearing up to release his next solo album in the new year. Various rumors and hints point to new music from the Grammy-winning singer in 2026.
Is Harry Styles Releasing a New Album in 2026?
Life & Style summed up various reasons fans believe Harry Styles’ fourth studio album could be coming soon. That includes a comment from singer Ed Sheeran, who said in an interview earlier this year that he had “heard a little bit” of new music by Styles, calling it “quality.”
Meanwhile, Australian radio show Fifi, Fev & Nick reportedly claimed that Styles’ new album is finished, and that he wrote it entirely on a typewriter. Reports about Styles from Deuxmoi this year have also kept fans on their toes.
In April, the account claimed that Styles had scrapped the new music he was working on. Then in October, a source told Deuxmoi that new music was coming soon. The following month, Deuxmoi claimed that Styles had recently shot the cover for his new album.
Another exciting update from Deuxmoi earlier this month claimed that Styles would be performing 12 stadium shows in the UK next year, with more dates in 2027.

How Soon Will the Album Be Released?
Ed Sheeran said he had “no idea” when Styles’ new music would be released, but fans on Reddit have reportedly theorized that the singer could release an EP in January 2026, with a full album in March.
None of this has been confirmed, so we’ll have to wait to get an official announcement from Styles himself. This past May marked three years since Styles’ third studio album, Harry’s House, was released. The project won Album of the Year at the Grammys.
It’s also been over two years since Styles wrapped up his Love On Tour, so fans are definitely ready to hear more from the star. Hopefully new music isn’t too far away.
