Ariana Madix is reportedly refusing to film with her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval on the new season of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules. The pair’s breakup played out for viewers on the previous season, as it was revealed that Sandoval cheated on Madix with their co-star Raquel Leviss.
Ariana Madix Is Refusing to Film with Tom Sandoval
According to TMZ, Madix and Sandoval have not filmed any one-on-one scenes since shooting for Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules began in June. Sources told the outlet that Madix is refusing to share the screen with her ex.
Madix apparently hasn’t spoken to Sandoval directly since the reunion for last season, and they’re instead communicating through other people. Filming is scheduled to wrap in the first week of September, and it remains to be seen if the exes will interact.
Interestingly, the new season might also be without any appearances from Leviss. Although she’s under contract for the season, she’s reportedly been missing from all shoots since she finished a 100-day stay in a wellness facility.
That means that Season 11 might be without the “Scandoval” element that had viewers hooked earlier this year.
It sounds like filming for Vanderpump Rules will finish just in time for Madix to compete on Dancing with the Stars Season 32. Earlier this month, Madix was announced as the first celebrity to join this year’s competition.
“This season on Dancing with the Stars, we are going absolutely mad — mad for Madix!” judge Derek Hough said when making the announcement on Good Morning America. “Say goodbye to the drama and hello to the dance floor!”
Madix’s professional partner has yet to be revealed, but Nikki Garcia recently said she wants her husband Artem Chigvintsev to be paired with the reality star for the new season, which premieres this fall on ABC and Disney+.
