America’s Got Talent Season 18 returned on Wednesday night for the first results show of the season, as two acts made it to the Finals. At the end of the night, host Terry Crews announced that America had voted for Lavender Darcangelo and Adrian Stoica & Hurricane.
At the start of the show, judge Simon Cowell commented on Tuesday night’s performance episode by challenging future acts to step up their game. As he said, “I don’t think enough people got better than their auditions.”
Two Acts Move on in First AGT Results Show
During Wednesday’s show, Crews announced that the Top 5 acts after America’s vote were Brynn Cummings, Oleksandr Leshchenko & Magic Innovations, Lavender Darcangelo, Mitch Rossell, and Adrian Stoica & Hurriane.
That was later narrowed down to the Top 3 — Lavender Darcangelo, Mitch Rossell, and Adrian Stoica & Hurricane. The two acts moving into the Finals are Lavender Darcangelo and Adrian Stoica & Hurricane.

Kodi Lee, Aidan Bryant Take the Stage
During Wednesday night’s AGT results show, we saw the return of several past contestants. That includes Season 14 winner Kodi Lee and AGT: All-Stars champion Aidan Bryant, as well as a few other acts who can be seen in the Superstars Live show in Las Vegas.
The other acts who took the stage on Wednesday included The Pack Drumline, Light Balance, and Human Fountains. This last performance was particularly noteworthy, because they got Heidi Klum involved. She actually spat water into one of the performers’ mouths.
