3 Months After Losing Her Baby Chrissy Teigen Is Frustrated About Her Presisting Baby Bump
Chrissy Teigen got candid about her body on Instagram after losing her third child, Jack back in September. She is reflecting on the journey her body went through and the baby bump she still has which is “frustrating” for her.
Chrissy Teigen Still Has A Baby Bump After Losing Third Child
Three months ago Chrissy and her husband John Legend shared the heartbreaking news that she had lost Jack while she was 20 weeks pregnant. This came after she suffered uncontrollable bleeding and placenta problems during her pregnancy. At the time she posted several shots from that horrifying day and explained how she was feeling “deep pain” after suffering such a tragic loss.
Chrissy recently posted a side profile shot with a lengthy caption about her obvious baby bump that still remains. “This is me and my body, just yesterday,” she wrote. “Even though I’m no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been. And I have no idea why I still have this bump, honestly.”
“It’s frustrating” she added. “But I’m proud of where this entire journey took my body and mind in other ways. I love being pregnant, so so much, and I’m sad I never will be again. But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day.”
Chrissy and John are parents to Luna, 4 and Miles, 2 who were conceived through IVF. John commented several heart emojis in the comments section of the post. The doting dad has been a great support system for Chrissy and has since been spending time with family after filming wrapped on The Voice. The family just went out for a calming beach day in which Chrissy shared an adorable snap of Miles who looks just like his famous father.
Chrissy Has Been Undergoing Therapy And Grief Counseling
Chrissy recently posted a video after a very raw and emotional therapy session. She had tears streaming down her face and it was clear that she had been crying for a while. “Those are boogers,” she said as she tried to breathe through her stuffy nose. “Chrissy is going through intense grief counseling at the moment,” a source recently told Us Weekly. “It is going to be a long and hard journey”. They added that she is “doing her best to work on herself and stay positive.”
Fans and celebrities from all over the world have rallied around Chrissy as she navigates this difficult time in her life. “You learn how to cope with it,” Chrissy said last month. “I am very proud to say that there’s multiple different therapies I’m using to hopefully become the same person that I was, and I’m okay with that.”
