Canada’s Got Talent is right around the corner. With the release date so soon, the show has released their official roster. Here’s the familiar faces you’ll recognize on this season of Canada’s Got Talent.

1. Ada Vox
American Idol star Ada Vox is returning to the stage once again. The well-known drag queen competed on the sixteenth season of American Idol, and the first season of Queen of The Universe. Ada is known for being the first drag queen to compete on American Idol, as well as the runner up of Queen of The Universe.
2. Tape Face
America’s Got Talent star Tape Face is returning to the stage once again for Canada’s Got Talent. Tape Face rose to prominence in 2016 with his mime act. Within his audition, he was wearing two oven mitts with eyes, he used the mitts as puppets singing Diana Ross & Lionel Richie’s “Endless Love.”
3. Bayarma Parry
Contortionist Bayarma Parry is apart of contortion group, Angara Contortion. This group is comprised of Bayarma, Imin Tsydendambaeva, Serchmaa Byarsaikhan, and Ayagma Tsybenova. The group competed on Britain’s Got Talent Series 11 in 2017, they allegedly did not make it to the semifinals since they were already Cirque de Soleil performers.
4. Wes-P
Wes-P, also known as Mr. Uekusa, rose to fame in 2018 on Britain’s Got Talent. His iconic audition began with him stripping to his underwear and balancing a drink on his masked face. He then pulled the mask off and kept the drink in the same spot. He then continued to strip and balance on the stage. Wes-P made it all the way to the semifinals of BGT.
5. Chantaaaal
French drag queen, singer and flutist Chantaaaal will appear on this season of Canada’s Got Talent. In 2024, the contestant appeared on Britain’s Got Talent, where they performed ‘My Heart Will Go On’ by Celine Dion vocally and on the flute. They got enough votes to go into the next round, but they didn’t appear in the semifinals.
6. Forbidden Nights
Forbidden Nights is a burlesque group who first competed on Britain’s Got Talent in 2015 and later returned in 2023 as The Forbidden. They had a successful audition in 2015, advancing into the next round, but they failed to reach the semifinals. In 2023, they performed a burlesque act to ‘Pony’ by Ginuwine, making it through, but not appearing the semifinals.
7. Marcos & Marcel
This variety act auditions for Britain’s Got Talent Series 16 and were sent home after their audition. In the audition, Marcel acted as a robot that was out of control. The act was quickly buzzed by Simon Cowell, Bruno Tonioli, and Alesha Dixon.
8. Gerrardon
This contestant was never televised, but was later released on America’s Got Talent’s YouTube Channel. In the performance, Gerrardon’s partner Kamici, was holding up various pieces of cardboard for Gerrardon to run through. Later, Simon Cowell joined the group on stage, and Kamici performed a mime routine. They didn’t appear in the next round.
9. Mahiro Mizukawa
Dancer Mahiro Mizukawa is apart of the Japan’s Got Talent dance crew, 544 6th Ave. The group performs in a traditional hat and hakama, fusing Japanese culture and innovative style.
10. Stefano Bronzato
This magician is known for winning Italy’s Got Talent 2021. Although none of his performances are currently in english, fans can look forward to seeing him on Canada’s Got Talent.
Canada’s Got Talent returns to CityTV on Tuesday, March 18. Unfortunately, there is no way to watch Canada’s Got Talent full episodes in America at this time.
