Who Is Stephen Bradley?
Stephen is a musician who has provided trumpet, keyboard, and backing vocals for Gwen Stefani’s band No Doubt since 1995. “I was 23 then and I suppose those formative years made an impact on my life,” Stephen said in a 2016 interview. “I knew then that music and that lifestyle was meant for me.”
He also appeared on Gwen Stefani’s 2006 solo album The Sweet Escape, as well as the Green Day album Nimrod and other projects. More recently, Stephen has released solo music, including the EP Runaways in 2015.
Stephen Bradley And Gwen Stefani’s Relationship?
After touring and performing together for so long, Gwen and Stephen have clearly formed a great friendship. He’s made appearances at her Vegas show in the past, and even posted a video of them dancing on stage in March (below), adding the caption, “Get ur freak on.”
In 2016, Gwen even gave Stephen a birthday shoutout during her show in Seattle. She hopped onto his back and declared, “I just want to let everybody here know, and everybody on the internet know, that I fucking love Mr. Stephen Bradley with all of my heart.”
“He’s so talented, he’s so sexy, he’s so beautiful — his inside and his outside, and his dreadlocks, and his jokes,” she continued. She then had the crowd sing “Happy Birthday” to Stephen.
Blake Shelton And Stephen Bradley
Stephen also seems to get along well with Gwen’s boyfriend Blake Shelton. Last month, he posted a photo of the two of them drinking tequila together. “Tequila time with Mr. Blake Shelton” the post reads with the hashtag #drinkingbuddies.
Gwen Stefani Returns To The Voice
Longtime Voice coach Adam Levine recently revealed that he wouldn’t be returning for Season 17 of the show. Past coach Gwen Stefani was announced as his replacement. She and Blake Shelton met on the show, and we’ll get to see even more friendly competition between them when The Voice returns on September 23.
