WATCH Shin Lim Leaving Ellen So SHOCKED That She Forgets Her Own Wedding Date

AGT winner Shin Lim recently returned to The Ellen DeGeneres Show to perform a new trick for the host. The magician showed off his amazing sleight of hand in a trick that shocked both Ellen and the audience.
Check out Shin’s trick below, and see if you can figure out how he did it. We certainly can’t, and we don’t think Ellen can either. I guess that’s why he won AGT Season 13 … and AGT: The Champions.
Shin Lim’s Magic Trick For Ellen
Shin started off by explaining that he and Ellen have a lot in common. For instance, Ellen’s wife Portia de Rossi is from Australia, just like Shin’s wife Casey. The two of them went on to shuffle their own decks of cards, which both turned out to be in the order of a brand-new deck when Shin flipped through them.

The magician demonstrated more and more similarities between their cards, before revealing the date of Ellen’s wedding, August 16. He asked her to confirm it, but Ellen was so amazed that for a few seconds she forgot when she got married. Shin then revealed that his own wedding date is August 19, a “mirror image” of Ellen’s.
Shin Wows Henry Winkler With Another Trick
Later, Shin performed another trick for Ellen and legendary actor Henry Winkler. He made Henry’s chosen card disappear, and then reappear in his mouth. Henry said it was “a little wet,” but the right card.

Henry even showed off a magic trick of his own, in which he made it look like he had taken a bite out of a coin and then put it back together. Ellen suggested that Henry should open for Shin Lim in his Vegas show. You never know what might happen.
