How ‘AGT’ Champion Shin Lim can Afford a 7.5 Million Mansion In Las Vegas
Season 13 AGT winner Shin Lim is celebrating his residency in Las Vegas by checking out a pretty fancy place to live. The magician recently extended his contract with the Mirage through June 2020.
Shin performs a show called “Limitless” at the Terry Fator Theater, with fellow AGT contestant and mentalist Colin Cloud. Since he’ll be in Las Vegas regularly next year, it only makes sense for him to settle down in the area.
Shin Lim Looks At Las Vegas Mansion
According to The Blast, Shin has been looking at homes in the Lake Las Vegas neighborhood, a gated community where Celine Dion lives. One estate he reportedly looked at is listed at $7.5 million and is over an acre in size. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The mansion is apparently called Water’s Edge, as it looks out on the waterfront and has a private beach. Shin and his wife Casey apparently looked at other properties in the area, so this may not be the one they choose. But considering Shin’s success, we wouldn’t be surprised if he picks something just as extravagant.
Shin Extends His Las Vegas Residency
“It’s great to be full-time in Las Vegas, in a single room, and really settle in,” Shin said of his extended contract. “You can really focus on a show when you are in one spot, and we have really managed to work out the kinks at the Mirage.”
Shin also loves being able to perform with Colin Cloud, who brings a different flavor of magic to the show. “We really contrast each other so well that the audience actually gets two shows,” he explained.
