‘AGT’ judge Heidi Klum is always changing up her style and flaunting her stunning looks on television. In a recent Instagram video, Heidi channeled her inner hairstylist and decided to cut her own hair. The results will actually blow you away.
Heidi Klum Cuts Her Own Hair To Surprise Her Husband, Tom Kaulitz
In the Instagram video, Heidi wore a cozy white bathrobe while talking about the decision to chop her hair. “I just asked my husband what his favorite hairstyle is and he said, ‘long hair with bangs,’ after I just grew mine out for the last four months,” she told the camera.
Heidi and her husband Tom Kaulitz were married in 2019 in a secret wedding after a year of dating. They later had a larger celebration a few months after in Capri. The couple has not shied away from showing affection to each other on social media and posting intimate photos and videos.
The ‘AGT’ judge brushed her hair out and shrugged her bathrobe down to reveal a black lacy bra. “Let’s give it a try, sorry Wendy, sorry Lorenzo,” the 47-year-old said apologizing to her hairstylists. “The husband should get what the husband wants.”

“Stop laughing. Why can’t there just be regular scissors in here, why?” Heidi asked while rummaging through her stuff. She finally settled on using a single razor to cut her fringe bangs. Heidi started from the middle of her hair and began cutting with the razor. “That was too short,” she said after making the first cut.
“He better notice this when he comes home tonight” she added through laughter. “Don’t cut the lashes” she reminded herself. “So this is clearly not a how-to video, do not try this at home.” She also transitioned into using a scissor and took a snack break in between cutting her hair. She had an impromptu dance party while holding onto the scissors.
Heidi’s Hairstylists Reacted To The Video And Her New Haircut
To finish off her new look, Heidi blow-dried her hair and added some eyeliner to her eyes. “Voila, here are the bangs! This one is for you baby” she said before ending the video. While Heidi has sported a similar look in the past, it is normally her hairstylists that give her the big chop.
In her Instagram stories, Heidi posted screenshots of the reactions of her hairstylists Wendy and Lorenzo. “You didn’t?” Wendy asked with a frowny face emoji. Lorenzo sent Heidi a slew of emojis and seems to be improved by her haircutting skills. She also posted another selfie to show off the finished look wearing only her bra.
So what was Tom’s reaction to Heidi’s new hair? It’s safe to assume that he probably loves it. Not to mention, Heidi could have a serious future as her own hairstylist!
