‘The Masked Singer’ Teases Season 8 Costumes

The Masked Singer recently shared their first sneak preview ahead of the next season. Although each season of this show is filled with tons of good music and exciting celebrity reveals, they’ve made it clear that this season is going to be epic.
With The Masked Singer right around the corner, FOX has shared their first look at the upcoming season. Even though costumes have yet to be revealed, those seen in the video are making fans very excited. Fans believe that some of the costumes seen are a harp, a mermaid, a robot, a Venus flytrap, a porcupine, a Mad Hatter, a jack o’lantern, a rat, and a snowflake. There are also flashes of what seems to be a dragon-type of costume.
Within the video, fans quickly noticed the inclusion of former guest judges Joel McHale and Leslie Jordan, as well as some former contestants. Fans believe that both the guest judges and former contestants will appear on the panel this season.
The Masked Singer first look also confirmed that the celebrity panel and host are returning to the show once again. The panel will once again include Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Robin Thicke, and Ken Jeong. Nick Cannon is also returning as the host.
Fans of The Competition Series Praise Season 8 Costume Designers
This season of The Masked Singer is set to have more costumes, more music, and more celebrities. Since this preview has been published, fans have praised the show for improving on this season’s costumes. As many know, fans were a bit disappointed with the season seven costumes, since the longtime costume designer (Marina Toybina) left the series. After six seasons of impeccable wardrobe, fans were left wondering if season eight would bring better attire.
If this preview proves anything, it’s that The Masked Singer listens to the fans. They’re going above and beyond by promising a “new season as epic as it gets” and it’s clear that they mean it with these costumes. We can’t wait to see more of the costumes set to appear on the show this season. The Masked Singer returns to FOX on Wednesday, September 21 at 8/7c.
