America’s Got Talent judge Sofia Vergara has a rumored new boyfriend after splitting from her husband Joe Manganiello earlier this year. Vergara is reportedly “extra happy” with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman.
Sofia Vergara Is Rumored to Have a New Boyfriend
Last month, Vergara and Saliman were spotted on a dinner date in Los Angeles. According to People, the couple was seen together again earlier this week, wearing coordinating black T-shirts to dinner. A source told Us Weekly that Vergara is “falling for Justin the more she spends time with him.”
“They have amazing chemistry, and her friends think they make a wonderful couple,” the source continued, adding that Vergara’s inner circle thinks the actress “seems extra happy since she’s been seeing Justin.”
The source also shared that Saliman “treats her like a total gentleman and isn’t fazed by her celebrity status.” According to another insider, Vergara and Saliman have “run in similar circles” for years now. He was previously married to actress Bree Turner before they split in 2018.
Page Six posted a photo of Vergara and Saliman on Instagram this week, prompting fans to give their opinions on the match. One commenter remarked that Saliman looks like Vergara’s ex-fiancé Nick Loeb. Another user seemed to agree, writing, “She has a type.”

Vergara Split from Joe Manganiello This Year
Vergara and Manganiello announced that they had decided to separate in July of this year, saying in a joint statement, “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Not long after this announcement, it was reported that Manganiello had filed for divorce from Vergara. The couple reportedly had a prenuptial agreement. In August, it was reported that Vergara had asked the court to uphold the prenup and confirm that certain assets will remain hers.
Vergara recently wrapped up judging on America’s Got Talent Season 18. She’s also starring in an upcoming Netflix limited series called Griselda, starting January 25.
