Recently, Zayn Malik took the stage at Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas. During the show, he thanked fans for being there, saying, “You could’ve been anywhere, but you decided to spend your night with me. Hopefully the ticket prices weren’t too high. Just saying.”
In a TikTok video showing the moment, Malik’s comments are met with cheers from the audience. Although the singer didn’t mention his former One Direction bandmate Harry Styles by name, it’s safe to assume that the ticket remark was a dig at him.
Recently, Styles made headlines for the high price of tickets at his upcoming shows. According to TMZ, tickets to Styles’ shows at Wembley Stadium in the UK were going for as high as $642.76. Meanwhile, a VIP package for his New York City shows reportedly cost as much as $1,667.
