Simon Cowell Signs New Artist John Samuel to Syco Entertainment

America’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell recently announced on his Instagram account that he had signed a new artist named John Samuel to his company Syco Entertainment. The music mogul shared a photo with Samuel, who also posted about the news.

On Monday, Cowell posted a photo to Instagram in which he poses with Samuel and two others. As he wrote in the caption, “I am thrilled to announce that we have signed a brilliant new songwriter/producer @johnsamuel and in the very near future I’m going to start sharing some new songs that I particularly love.”
Metro reports that Samuel is a 20-year-old music producer with five years of experience. The artist’s Instagram bio now lists “@syco publishing.” Samuel currently has over 3,000 followers on the platform.
Samuel posted the same photo with Cowell to his own Instagram, adding the quote, “It would be an honor, Simon.” He added, “I’m beyond excited to officially be a part of the syco family, to be in this industry with such an elite group of people.”
The musician has several singles on his Spotify profile, as well as a 2020 album called Hello, Goodbye. His most recent release is the song “Somewhere in the Hills” with Kids in America.

Cowell Is Judging Two Got Talent Shows This Spring
Cowell is a busy man. In addition to signing new artists, he’s a judge on two Got Talent shows which are airing this spring. The first, Britain’s Got Talent, premiered Series 16 this past weekend. Cowell hit the Golden Buzzer for a young singer named Malakai Bayoh.
He’s also recently been filming Season 18 of America’s Got Talent, which is set to premiere on NBC on May 30. Cowell will once again be joined by returning judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Sofia Vergara.
Then there’s the fact that Cowell is engaged to his partner Lauren Silverman, and he’s planning the wedding himself. He recently called the wedding-planning process “easy.”
