AGT‘s very own, Simon Cowell appeared on BT, live on Sunday to announce the winner of newly created show, Canadian Family’s Got Talent. Whilst congratulating the winning act, Cowell announced that they will appear on America’s Got Talent this year as contestants.

Breakfast Television saw the long-awaited moment where the very first winner of Canadian Family’s Got Talent was crowned by none other than Simon Cowell.

The Got Talent boss recently partnered with Breakfast Television to produce the quarantine spin-off show to share Canada’s talent with the world. After many weeks of auditions and the general public voting, Simon made his decision during the finale on who he’d like to see take home the winner’s title.
Singing trio, CZN were crowned the winners and found themselves in shock after being told that they were going to appear on America’s Got Talent this year as a result. Cowell said that due to his executive producer role on AGT, he was able to go ahead with the decision.
