Sheldon Riley Exposes Fake Side of AGT: Fantasy League
Riley previously competed on Season 15 of America’s Got Talent. For Fantasy League, the singer joined judge Mel B’s team. During a recent appearance on Australian show The Project, Riley revealed that they had to pretend not to know each other.
“It’s very TV magic. It’s like you have to act like you don’t know each other,” Riley revealed about how his meeting with Mel was filmed. “I’m like, did X Factor with her, The Voice, and we just did The Masked Singer like a year ago as well. Like, I know your kids. It’s just crazy.”
One of the interviewers jokingly warned Riley, “Don’t tell people TV’s fake.” Another interviewer joked that it’s “all smoke and mirrors.” It makes us wonder what other parts of the show have been faked or exaggerated for the cameras.

Riley Made It Through to the Fantasy League Semifinals
During this week’s episode of AGT: Fantasy League, Riley took the stage on Mel B’s team to perform “Tattoo” by Loreen, last year’s winning song at Eurovision. Part of the way through the performance, Riley removed his mask and showed his face.
The performance impressed the audience voters so much that they chose to send him through to the Fantasy League Semifinals. He’ll perform one more time before we find out if he makes it into the Finals, where he would have one last chance to become the winner.
