There’s some drama in the Dancing with the Stars fandom involving exes Emma Slater and Sasha Farber. Fans on Reddit are discussing a Deux Moi blind item that Farber liked on X (formerly Twitter). There is speculation that it’s about a potential romance between Slater and fellow pro Alan Bersten.

A blind item from the gossip account Deux Moi claims that two pros who “have been rumored to have been on and off for years (while one party was married)” recently went on a double date with “another pro and her previous partner turned boyfriend.”
“Are these two finally coming out now that her divorce is almost finalized?” the blind item wonders. As a Reddit user pointed out, a post about the blind item was liked by Farber on X.
For those who don’t know, Farber is currently separated from Emma Slater. The pros tied the knot in 2018, and Slater filed for divorce in February of this year. Fans in the comments on Reddit think the blind item might be about Slater and fellow pro Alan Bersten, with the other couple being Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant.
An X user pointed out that Stewart recently posted an Instagram story featuring Durant, Slater, and Bersten. Slater has recently denied rumors of dating her Season 32 co-star Mauricio Umansky, so could this blind item be true?

What Do Fans Think of the Rumor?
DWTS fans had a lot to say in the Reddit comments. One fan pushed back against the rumor by arguing that Stewart’s Instagram story didn’t show a double date. The get-together apparently also included Valerie Bruce, who works on DWTS.
Another commenter wrote that the “whole pro dance scene is messy,” adding, “I will say that I’m impressed how they act on the show and tour (Sasha and Emma), so if things are a mess behind the scenes, it’s not obvious on the show.”
Someone else argued that Farber liking the tweet “gives it more credibility,” while another user wanted to hear what Cheryl Burke has to say about the rumor on her podcast.
