While performing her new Studio Sessions residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Clarkson welcomed River Rose onto the stage with her. The singer posted a photo of the moment on Instagram, writing, “Last night we had a very special guest, my daughter River Rose.”
In a video recorded by a fan at the show, Clarkson and River can be seen on stage wearing similar jeans and T-shirts. The pair went on to sing “Heartbeat Song” together. Clarkson wrote on Instagram that it’s River’s favorite song.
In a cute moment toward the end of the performance, Clarkson and River touched their foreheads together while singing. When the song was done, Clarkson gave her daughter a big hug and a kiss on the cheek before she walked off the stage.

This Isn’t Their First Duet Together
This isn’t the first time Clarkson has welcomed her daughter on stage with her to sing a duet. In 2023, during her previous Las Vegas residency at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood, she brought River Rose out to sing with her.
“She’s been jamming to this song since she was a baby,” Clarkson said of River’s love for “Heartbeat Song,” according to Billboard. At the time, River was just 9 years old. Clarkson also shares a son named Remy with her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.
Earlier this month, Clarkson postponed the first two shows on her new Las Vegas residency, telling fans she needed to rest her voice. She finally kicked off the residency a week later, sharing an apology.
