On Friday, McPhee posted a message on social media letting fans know that she would be missing two upcoming shows in Jakarta, Indonesia. She explained that she and Foster “have had a horrible tragedy in our family and at least one of us needs to get back home to our family.”
McPhee didn’t give any further details about the nature of the tragedy. However, TMZ later reported that the nanny to their 2-year-old son Rennie had apparently passed away. They reportedly considered the nanny to be family.
