Who’s Auditioning on ‘AGT’ Season 20 Week 8? Meet the New Acts!

America’s Got Talent Season 20 returns on Tuesday night with the eighth week of auditions. Let’s take a look at the acts who will be performing in this week’s new episode — including singers, dancers, and much more.
Meet the Acts Auditioning in AGT Season 20 Week 8
The next episode of AGT Season 20 is set to air on Tuesday, July 29, at 8/7c on NBC. Quite a few acts will take the stage for their chance to earn enough “yes” votes from the judges to move on. Who will earn the Golden Buzzer?
1. Alexa Morales
This quirky musician performs as “Werefox Lady,” complete with a bright orange costume, fuzzy gloves, and makeup. A few months ago, she shared a video on YouTube practicing for her audition, playing the keytar in her gloves.
2. Andy
This act is not to be confused with Andy Star, a singer who performed (and was eliminated) in the previous auditions episode. It appears that Andy is a dancer, but with such a common name, we don’t know much more about him.
3. Brandon Raffo
This performer has taken the stage in various circuses showing off his incredibly fast juggling skills. Will he impress the AGT judges in his audition? We’ll have to wait until Tuesday’s show to find out.
4. Chase Brown
We don’t know much about this performer other than the fact that he appears to be a singer. Don’t get him confused with fellow Season 20 contestants Austin Brown or Chase Varnes.
5. Chris Turner
This is another performer we don’t know much about, other than the fact that they’re a novelty act. We’ll have to wait until Tuesday’s episode to find out what their act is all about.
6. Darien Johnson & Scott Mathison
This weightlifting duo performs some surprising tricks, which can occasionally go wrong — as seen on TikTok. Combined, the pair has over 3 million followers on the platform, where they post videos showcasing their strength.
7. Dewayne Jackson
Dewayne Jackson is an award-winning comedian whose material includes jokes about being a wheelchair user. He describes his style of performing as “100% Comedy, 0% Standup.” Will the AGT judges find him funny? We’ll have to wait and see.
8. Evelyn Errante
Evelyn is a 13-year-old singer-songwriter from Arizona who recently released her debut album, titled First Rodeo. She frequently posts song covers to social media. Her performance of “Defying Gravity” from Wicked received over a million views on TikTok.
9. Goldie Hen
This performer is described on Instagram as “The World’s Only Hula Hooping Chicken.” If you’re wondering what the act entails, it’s exactly what it sounds like — they dress up as a chicken and hula hoop. What will the AGT judges think?
10. Off the Rails
We unfortunately don’t know much about this act, other than that they appear to be a martial arts group. We’ll have to wait until Tuesday’s show to find out more and see them in action.
11. Rich and Carlene
Rich and Carlene LeFevre are a married couple who happen to both be competitive eaters. They’re members of the International Federation of Competitive Eating, and they’ve competed in the National Hot Dog Eating Contest.
12. Silas Luke Jones
Silas Luke Jones is a 19-year-old guitarist from Alaska with over 400,000 followers on Instagram, where he posts videos of himself performing. What song will he choose to play for his AGT audition? We’ll find out soon.
13. Sunny Sauceda
Sunny Sauceda is a Grammy-winning musician from Texas who plays the accordion and sings. Through his music, Sunny combines country and rock. You can listen to his past releases on streaming.
14. Tej, Ibhan, & Lars
This comedy trio is also known as Chicken Big Comedy. They’re known for their “Human Blender” trick, in which they try to make a smoothie while using different parts of a blender taped to their heads. Will it make the AGT judges laugh?
15. The Jet Boys
This Japanese boy band is also known as the Jet Boy Bangerz. They released their debut single “Jettin” in 2023, with their album Jet Boy being released earlier this year. The group has over 100,000 followers on TikTok.
16. Unreal Crew
Unreal Crew is a returning act this season. The Indian group originally competed in AGT Season 17, showing off their dance skills. They made it past the audition round but weren’t chosen by the judges to perform in the live shows. Now they’re back to try again. Will they make it further this time?
